Shipping And Return Information

Delivery Information: Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with drop-off without signature. During the holiday season or peak season, it is important to get your orders in early so that we can meet your deadlines.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Domestic Shipping: We ship USPS ground service unless 2nd or 3rd day is requested. We need a street address for shipping. Please include the contact name of the person ordering and their phone number. Shipping charges will be added to the order.

International Shipping: All International orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.


Return & Exchange Policy

* All credits for damaged or defective items will be applied for store credit only.

* Returns and exchanges must be reported within 7 days from the day you received items.

* Restocking fee (20% of order amount) applies to all returns.

* RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization #) number will be issued on each return.

* Any items returned without RMA # will be discarded. No credits will be applied.

* Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of exchange.

How to receive an RMA# for return?
If you would like to return damaged items, please send us an e-mail at sales@jinadesigns.com with your order number in the subject field. One of our customer service representative will contact with you via e-mail. An RMA# and all the necessary information will be provided to you. You will NOT be able to return without RMA#.
